How We're Handling COVID-19

To our Inspired Family,

With the growing news of COVID-19 in the United States, we’d like to address the situation and update you on how we’re taking measures to protect our employees’ and your health.

 

We’re following CDC recommendations and mandating our Marketing and Customer Service teams to work remotely from home. However, our daily operations haven’t been interrupted and deliveries will continue as normal for the time being.

 

In times like these, we know our products are meaningful for people who want to stay healthy, so our products are still available for purchase. We want to reassure that we're staying up-to-date with the latest developments and will reassess our operations as needed. 

 

As of now, we've taken these precautions:

  • We’ve increased the frequency of scheduled cleanings of all workstations at our warehouse located in Utah.
  • Our shipping team has been limited down to two people, so the time it takes to dispatch your order may be longer, but we will still try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hours of purchase (as usual). We appreciate your patience.
  • We’ve advised our employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential travel.
  • Our products are manufactured in the United States and there are no interruptions to our supply chain at the moment. We’re in constant communication with our manufacturers to ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are being upheld.

 

We also want to remind you that there’s no reason to suspect that packages from China (or anywhere else) harbor coronavirus. The CDC states, “In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods.” 

 

One last thing: as many gyms are closing around the country, we want to encourage you to stay active in any way possible. You can look up home workout routines on the internet or Youtube. Remember, exercise boosts your immune system, so work up those endorphins and stay positive!
