It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us straight away at email@example.com with the Full Name you placed the order under.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of package and destination. You only pay what we pay.
Do you charge any handling fees, taxes, or customs fees?
We do not charge shipping and handling fees.
In-state (Utah) orders will be charged state and county sales taxes.
For international orders, customs fees may apply (depending on your country’s laws). We are not responsible for any customs charges and taxes accrued upon your package. You must pay the fees in order to pick up your package. If you do not pay, the package will be sent back to us. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will my order ship?
During during sales or high-order volume times, estimated dispatch times may vary. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. If a "Pre-Sale" item is in your cart, your ENTIRE ORDER will not ship until it is back in stock to ensure your order all comes in together.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are calculated at checkout, depending on your location and shipping method selection. Delivery times are only estimates and are NOT guaranteed, except for USPS Express Priority. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to get your order ready). All postal carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID, so we appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.
How can I return an item?
Please send us a refund inquiry here. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
You may return open products for a 50% refund and completely sealed products for a 100% refund (shipping fees are non-refundable). We can also offer a free one-time exchange for an item equal or less in value.
All purchases made between 11/23/20 - 12/31/20 have an extended return date by 1/31/20.
You may use your own shipment method to return your item. We can also email you a return shipping label for convenience. If you use our label, the fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Do I have to return the free gift(s) I received with my order if I return the qualifying purchase item?
All free gift(s) must be returned unworn/unopened in order to receive a full refund on a qualifying item.
If you want to return the qualifying item without the free gifts, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the prorated value of the free gift.
For example, if you bought a $75 item under the promotion “spend $75 and receive free stickers, shaker, and shirts,” you’ll only receive a refund of $20 when only returning the qualifying item.
