Shipping & Delivery Policy
All packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please note that ship times are only estimates and are not guaranteed, except for Express Priority (which we only offer during the holidays).
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST during regular business days (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the next business day.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
You will have several shipping options depending on your order size. All the shipping price quotes are pulled directly from USPS's website, so you only pay what we are being charged.
In-state (Utah) orders will be charged 4.7 % sales tax, and 1.25% to 3.4% county tax depending on location.
Scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
We are currently working on providing better international shipping rates. In the meantime, all international orders will receive a FREE gift card. Please contact us to receive your gift.

As you probably know, supplements can sometimes be seized at customs. We do our best to prevent this, but we make no guarantees. Once the products leave our warehouse, there is nothing more we can do.
Many shipments arrive within 2 weeks, however in some rare cases, shipment can take 45 days or more. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no way to control transit times or customs decisions. Make sure you know your country's laws on restricted products!
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN/SEIZED/LOST
We WILL NOT take responsibility for Stolen/Seized/Lost packages on all international orders. We are very sorry, but International Customs and postal carriers will not work with us on any related matters. For us to keep our excellent prices, we cannot offer refunds on any packages that have been stolen, seized or lost internationally. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If your package has been Stolen/lost or seized please contact your Customs or Postal carrier.
Please send us a refund inquiry here. All approved refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase within (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. To receive a refund, all merchandise must be returned within (21) business days from the date of purchase and received in the same condition it was sent to the customer. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer is also responsible for paying return shipping charges.
DVST8 Crimson is FINAL SALE, no refunds (effective 8/1/17).
ENDLESS Lean and Carb are FINAL SALE, no refunds.
NO REFUNDS ON LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS OR FINAL SALE ITEMS.
