Usage

FSU: SERUM Suggested Use:

SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO EVERY USE. As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings (1-2 TBSP) by mouth 20-30 minutes prior to training. We suggest starting with 1 serving to assess tolerance. You may take FSU SERUM alone, or mix it in with your favorite beverage/Pre-Workout supplement. Do not exceed 2 TBSP in a 24 hour period.

Mix one serving (1 scoop) in 8-10 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
