I have been taking this for about a year. I started having trouble falling asleep and staying/going back to sleep. Since taking it i can fall asleep withing 30 minutes used to be 1.5 hours. When waking in the middle of the night, very light sleeper/restroom break it would be no less than 2 hours to return back to sleep, now it is less than 10-15 minutes. All with no grogginess in the morning. Waking at 430am in bed near 930pm-10pm. The fat burner is nice, no upset stomach and I don't feel jittery. Restroom time doesn't seem to have changed.

Flavor was just right , not too strong but also didn’t taste bland.. combines a good night cap with a thermo so it’s the best of both worlds!

I got Forbidden Fruit and it tastes great! Can definitely tell the melatonin works as I usually feel well-rested the next day. Also don’t feel bloated but don’t think this is a magic step to losing, gotta put in the work.
