SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of package and destination. You only pay what we pay.

Do you charge handling fees or taxes?

We do not charge handling fees for any orders. In-state (Utah) orders will be charged 4.7 % sales tax, and 1.25% to 3.4% county tax depending on location.

Do I have to pay a customs fee (international orders)?

Depending on your country's laws, you may have to pay additional customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs charges and taxes accrued upon your package. You must pay the fees in order to pick up your package. If you do not pay, the package will be sent back to us. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the item(s). Shipping is non-refundable.

What carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

 

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

We don't assume responsibility for orders placed online with an incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, the customer is responsible for charges to re-ship. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, except for Japan. If you’re located in Japan, you can order from www.inspirednutrajp.com.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or public holiday. Please note during sales or high-order volume times, estimated dispatch times may vary.

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are calculated at checkout, depending on your location and shipping method selection. Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to get your order ready).

Why didn't I receive an order or shipping confirmation?

It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us straight away at info@inspirednutraceuticals.com with the Full Name you placed the order under.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my item. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at info@inspirednutraceuticals.com. We will file a claim with the postal carrier. They’ll investigate the issue, which usually takes 2-3 days. USPS Letter Carriers carry GPS capability on their scanner that assists management in Customer Service for packages that have been stolen or mis-delivered. They’ll be able to tell us whether or not the Letter Carrier was at the correct address at the time of delivery.

Why are there no available details when I try to track my order?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as we dispatch your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or email info@inspirednutraceuticals.com. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

My package is being returned to you because the address I provided was wrong. What do I do now?

We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred with attempted delivery. We can either issue a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable), or you must pay a reshipment fee if you'd like the package to be sent to you again.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/damaged item in my order?

We take precautions when packing orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, sometimes packages can be handled roughly by postal carriers. If you've received a damaged item, please contact us here.

Where are you located?

Our fulfillment center is located in Saint George, UT.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return an item?

Please send us a refund inquiry here. All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within (7) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy (from date of delivery). We accept completely sealed products for a 100% refund and opened products for 50% refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may use your own shipment method to return your item. We can also email you a return shipping label for convenience. If you use our label, the fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. We can also offer a free one-time exchange (U.S. only) for one item equal or less in value.

When can I expect my refund?

While a refund is immediate on our end, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed with your bank.

Do you offer refunds on limited edition items?

No, we do not accept refunds on limited edition items.

How can I exchange an item?

We do not process exchanges. However, you can follow the return process as specified above. You may choose between a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or store credit in the form of a digital gift card. You may use the gift card to purchase the item you want.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You must pay the fees in order to pick up your package. If you do not pay, the package will be sent back to us. Once we receive the package, we will issue a full refund for the item(s). Shipping is non-refundable.

Why is delivery taking so long?

As you probably know, supplements can sometimes be seized at customs. We do our best to prevent this, but we make no guarantees. Once the products leave our warehouse, there is nothing more we can do.

Many shipments arrive within 2 weeks, however in some rare cases, shipment can take 45 days or more. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no way to control transit times or customs decisions. Make sure you know your country's laws on restricted products!

Can I get a refund if my order was seized, stolen, or lost at customs?

We will not take responsibility for stolen, seized, or lost packages on any international orders. We are very sorry, but International Customs and postal carriers will not work with us on any related matters. For us to keep our excellent prices, we cannot offer refunds on any packages that have been stolen, seized or lost internationally. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you sell your stock wholesale?

We only offer wholesale pricing to brick-and-mortar businesses and select online retailers. If you would like to carry our products, please contact us here.
