The human body is a machine built from an incredibly complex weave of gears, all moving in tandem to ensure all functions necessary for life are working smoothly. If one of those gears breaks, the entire system can be thrown into disarray.

Health is a matter of maintaining homeostasis.

A BODY UNBALANCED

Your body needs nutrients to perform. Dozens of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients synergize and depend on each other to ensure you’re running at optimal capacity.

When something isn’t right in your body, you can feel it. Your energy suffers, your mood suffers, and your physical condition suffers. All-in-all, you feel crappy, and that's no way to live.

Perfect Harmony

On the other hand, when all the gears are well-oiled and in working order, you can feel it. You wake up feeling refreshed. Food is satiating. You have plenty of energy to attack your day from a position of strength.

You have vitality. Your body feels clean. Everything feels right.

Unfortunately, it’s extremely easy to fall short of your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals from your diet. It only takes one deficiency to throw a wrench in the gears.

Introducing the Inspired Nutraceuticals Multi

Inspired Nutraceuticals Multi ensures that you have all of your bases covered, and then some. Even if your diet doesn’t consistently provide every single vitamin and mineral in adequate quantities, Inspired Multi gives you a buffer. While whole food sources of nutrients are important, we all need a boost.

Our Multi was designed from this perspective of the body as a machine. Within each capsule is a bit of everything to make sure that all of your general health needs are met.

It’s as easy as popping 4 capsules with a glass of water, and get the the following:

WHAT MAKES INSPIRED MULTI SO SPECIAL?

Earthlight Mushroom Powder (Vitamin D)

Vitamin D is absolutely critical for a wide array of bodily processes: it plays a role in bone production, mood regulation, and proper immune function.[1] While it is important to try to get as much sunlight as possible, sometimes that’s not always enough – especially if you work inside for most of the day.

Earthlight mushroom powder is an incredible, natural source of vitamin D.

MenaQ7 (Vitamin K2)

Vitamin K, present in foods like green leafy vegetables and eggs, plays a role in the functioning of vitamin K-dependent proteins (VKDP), crucial for blood coagulation and cardiovascular health[2]. Inadequate vitamin K can compromise these functions.[2] Vitamin K2, specifically, promotes arterial health by preventing arterial calcification and enhancing bone health.[2,3]

Quatrefolic (Folate)

Folate, also referred to as vitamin B9, has been associated with mood improvement, potentially because of its influence on serotonin signaling and other mechanisms.[5,6] It's not uncommon to find it used in treatments aimed at mood disorders.[7]

What sets Quatrefolic apart is its inclusion of glucosamine, which has proven to offer excellent bioavailability, water solubility, and an impressive safety track record.[8]

Chromax

Chromax chromium picolinate, recognized as the most bioavailable form of the mineral,[9,10] is crucial for metabolism due to its effects on insulin.[11-13] Chromium is essential for glucose disposal, and its deficiency can lead to severe issues.[14]

Additionally, higher doses of chromium picolinate (600 micrograms, which is the dose included in Inspired Multi) have been linked to benefits like improved weight management, better body composition,[15-18] and even craving suppression[19,20] due to its mood-enhancing properties.[21-23]

PeakO2

PEAKO2, a supplement blend built atop the medicinal mushroom Cordycepsmilitaris, has been established to improve power output and oxygen uptake. A 2016 study showed that athletes using a blend containing Cordyceps militaris (PEAKO2) witnessed improvements in VO2 max, endurance, and peak power output when consuming 4g daily for three weeks.[24]

Another study in 2017 indicated that both low (2g daily for 28 days) and high (12g daily for 7 days) doses of PEAKO2 led to significant endurance enhancements, with the low-dose group showing a decrease in time to fatigue, increased VO2 max, and reduced blood lactate levels.[25]

Sensoril

Ashwagandha, an evergreen shrub with a rich history in global traditional medicine, is known as an adaptogen, a supplement that can normalize various biological functions. Its unique adaptogenic qualities allow it to either increase or decrease cortisol levels based on individual needs.

Research has validated ashwagandha's efficacy in managing physical and mental stress by modulating the hypothalamic-pituitary axis (HPA), which oversees the synthesis of stress and adrenal hormones.[26] Consequently, ashwagandha can lower cortisol in those with high levels and boost testosterone in men.[26]

Double-blind studies have shown that this herb reduces the subjective feeling of stress.[27-29] It can also aid sleep, especially beneficial for those with insomnia linked to HPA dysfunction and elevated cortisol.[30] Additionally, ashwagandha promotes healthy body composition by supporting the browning of body fat, enhancing mitochondrial function in brown adipose tissue (BAT), and aiding adipocyte differentiation into beige cells.[31]

Spectra

Spectra is a blend of high-antioxidant plant extracts and concentrates, including a variety of fruits, vegetables, and spices. A 2014 study revealed that taking 100 milligrams of Spectra daily resulted in a significant 17% reduction in reactive oxygen species (ROS) or free radicals activity[32].

Since free radicals can damage cells, tissues, and even DNA when the body's antioxidant defenses are weakened, Spectra's capacity to reduce oxidative stress can enhance cellular metabolic activity[32].

Moreover, the administration of 100 mg of Spectra daily was shown to increase mitochondrial oxygen consumption, indicating improved metabolic function[32]. Additionally, like other exogenous antioxidants, Spectra provides cardiovascular support by enhancing nitric oxide (NO) activity[32].

Feel Your Best with Inspired Multi

While the human body is incredibly resilient, it’s easy for a slight nutrient deficiency to make you feel suboptimal. While you could painstakingly track your diet and monitor your intake of every single vitamin and mineral, it’s nice to have a safety net that allows you to know you’re getting the right fuel, every single day.

With ingredients like Spectra, Sensoril, and PeakO2, Inspired Multi has put smooth processing and physical performance on the forefront of holistic health, setting it apart from every other bottle on the shelf.

Ember non-stim has been an effective tool in losing weight. I stack it with my preworkout or take one serving in between meals in the afternoon. It's a powerhouse product with clinical doses of patented ingredients. I appreciate that inspired doesn't hide behind a proprietary blend like most other companies.

Didn’t know….

I didn’t know what to expect when I first started taking Ember Thermo since other brands have really messed with my stomach or kept me dizzy. So far, I’ve noticed an increase in sweat & im excited that it doesn’t contain any caffeine. That’s what won me over. I Powerlift so when I don’t have volume or cardio during my workouts, I never used to sweat, until now!
