We’re incredibly excited to announce that the next upcoming product in our Plus Series is GREENS+, a curated unique blend of superfood greens, adaptogens, pre/probiotics, trace minerals, and more.
It’s no secret that most people aren’t getting enough vegetables in their diet. In fact, a recent study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that only 1 out of 10 adults get enough fruits or vegetables!
While we encourage eating a diet that’s rich in whole plant foods, we also understand that some people have difficulty reaching their recommended daily vegetable intake.

INSPIRED GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 small fresh banana*
- 1 cup frozen mango*
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1/4” knob fresh ginger root
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth!
*Use 1 cup fresh fruit + 1 cup frozen fruit for best results. Fresh banana is optimal (creates create a creamy and smooth texture). If you only have frozen fruit, you may need to add more liquid.
Use organic ingredients when possible!
